Botox in Chicago

University Plastic Surgery offers several procedures for Botox in Chicago.  These procedures are non-surgical and have a very short recovery time.  The FDA approved botox in 2002 and the procedure has since helped several patients.  Botox is injected into the face to lessen unwanted lines over the nose, between the eyebrows, around the eyes, and in the forehead.  It works by relaxing the muscles around those areas. Most patients see improvement in a few days and results typically last 3-4 months. As with any treatment, certain side effects or allergic reactions can occur.
